Wonderful customer service!!! Was out within a couple hours of us calling. He gave us many options and walked us through the installation process, gave us a lot of confidence in his work and the system being installed. He installed a split system in the master bedroom and we couldn't be happier with the installation and performance of the system. Highly recommend calling Southern Comfort for you A/C needs.

Southern Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating /Jim is absolutely the best in the area. We have a larger multi-system house and have used Jim for more than a decade. When our main system was older. He made a few minor repairs to keep the system running instead of just saying we needed a new expensive system. When it came time, he gave me appropriate options on whether to repair the old system or replace it with a new one along will the advantages and disadvantages of both. I decided it was time for a new system. A few years later we made an extension on our home and added a second system for the extension. Again, Jim gave me multiple options on what system to use. Then gave me the pros and cons of the different options. Before finding Southern Comfort air conditioning and heating, I had
