We had a pool contractor give us a quote in January... by mid-May he backed out... Joe from Shark Pools came to the rescue! We cannot give enough stars to he and his team for not only getting the pool measured correctly (we have a unique pool) but they got the liner back and installed within 3+ weeks. Don't talk to anyone else until you talk to Joe first!

From my initial conversation with Joe I could tell there was something different about him. When he says customer service means the world to him, trust him, because it really does. He thoroughly explained what to expect upfront and didn’t shy away from stating he warranties his work. Joe really helped us out by traveling from Statesville to Rutherfordton. I was struggling to find someone locally that seemed trustworthy. Joe showed up when he said he would and we are very happy we went with Shark Pools, LLC out of Statesville, NC. The liner fits perfectly!

Joe is a very nice man and very knowledgeable. But he over promised on this one. Pool liner is not the right size, and some details were poorly done. I’m note sure I would use them again. He was just too quick!

Cannot say enough about Joe and Michael, he’s a true expert at his craft, we followed his advice and went with the lather liner for our pool and it looks so amazing, the vermiculite had to be completely replaced, no imperfections can be found, smooth and tight, he told us that style of liner would add a touch of class to our entire backyard environment, we’re thrilled with with our choice to go with shark pools, turn this guy loose, let him do what he does best, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

My daughter spoke with a gentleman today regarding a possible install in concord for a pool. She stated he was professional and gave a lot of useful information . Great customer service . Will be using this company if we can get our financing together!
