Shasta Pools

Our pool was in bad condition Unbeknownst to us when we purchased the house we called Shasta as they were the original contractor on this pool. They sadly informed us that the pool could not be repaired and we had to start at Ground Zero. We talked it through with them and agreed to move forward. It was a very, very lengthy process with multiple subcontractors in and out on a daily basis, but eventually the pool was completed and we are very pleased with it. Chad did a great job. And we are happy to say we would highly recommend Shasta Pools Warrantee a pool contractor, a good warranty workmen are courteous and responsible clean up after themselves, which is a big deal On every level worth every penny

We had our cool deck redone because it was 25 years old and it had started chipping along the edges. It went smoothly from quote to completion. I’m very satisfied with it and to express my immeasurable joy is hard to state. We went a bit darker this go round and very pleased with how it turned out!🥰

From beginning to end our pool and spa project with Shasta was an experience. Some of the people we met along this journey were absolutely wonderful. Many were compassionate about how the end result would be and they all brought along their particular expertise. Just remember lots of different trades people will be involved throughout construction of your pool and spa. My wife and I are overall very happy about the outcome and would like to thank everyone who helped us throughout the process. While are pool and spa were only finished a few weeks ago we have already spent dozens and dozens of hours using the pool and spa for our physical therapy needs. The pool and spa add so much more beauty to our yard and home. Its really amazing how soothing a new swimming pool, water fountain and spa

So happy we contracted Shasta Pools to remodel our pool. They were the original builders of our pool which lasted over 20 years. We went with Shasta because they are a reliable company that do professional work. We worked with Gary, who was awesome. Michelle and Gary kept us updated every step of the way. From plumbers to electricians, they were truly professionals.

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Shasta. Gary was our project manager and Nina was our coordinator and we are so lucky to have worked with both. They were so pleasant and the communication was fantastic. We remodeled our 21 year old pool and from the first meeting with Scott we knew we were in good hands.
