Here's another one star I ordered one box of flooring for a small pantry. The customer changed their mind and decided to do their entire floor with a different material. So I thought I would just return that box we purchased. It's not a partial order it's the entire order. The warehouse said we don't return one box. I called the number. I pressed 3 for returns. And the lady that answered said we don't deal with returns call the customer service number. I called the customer service number and they said call the retailer where he purchased it from. Well I've already been there which is here that I'm leaving this review. And they clearly have an extra button for returns that they don't need. As a contractor I will not be purchasing flooring from here again.

Tight yard. Limited lighting. Try to drop on a dock before daylight. Avoiding their staff & Seattle's traffic. Staff can be somewhat indifferent and callous to drivers needs. Picking up an empty maybe a challenge; they stack them sideways and block the nose of the trailer with another. Fine if its your equipment. Not so much if its not yours.

Poor service, all slow to react. Just a herd of deers staring at headlights! They promised the delivery on Friday, then rescheduled to Monday, well Monday came around and they rescheduled it to Tuesday, on Tuesday they said were not able to deliver because they don't have a "Pallet". Enough said...
