We’ve been using Shaw Services Air Conditioning and Heating for 3 years now. Our technician, Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly, shows up on time, every time, and friendly. It has been our experience that when we call to schedule our bi-annual services (which we have an annual contract with Shaw), they are always able to schedule an appointment in the timeframe I am requesting. In addition, we had Shaw Services relocate our compressor from the backyard to the side of our house. The technician who did this was also very knowledgeable and hard working. He worked alone and it took almost 12 hours but he finished the job. No one would be able to detect that the compressor existed in the backyard-he did a great job. I’ve been using Shaw Services for many years. They installed both my HVAC systems and maintain them yearly. They also have installed and serviced multiple systems for my extended family in NOVA. All of us are very happy with their services. Their techs are top notch professional and friendly people and do an outstanding job. Ryan recently serviced my A/C systems to ensure they were at optimal performance and later went to my brother-in-laws house to replace a failed blower motor. Installed a new Heat Pump and Split unit in basement. Outstanding work! Everything was very professional from the first interaction to the completion of the installation. The entire crew was very professional. They ensured no details were missed and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I highly recommend Shaw Services. I will definitely use them again.

Update to my below's review: Shaw Services team came out and replaced both units (1 in our suite & 1 up on the roof somewhere) for us. The team was working while we continue to operate and see our patients (we are a dental practice), and Shaw's team was so careful to keep themselves out of the way and to keep the noise + any disruption to the minimum. We were so grateful to have our AC back working smoothly and nicely for our patients and our team after a week of "sauna" while Shaw's team got the units back from the supplier.
