Had my living room carpet cleaned by the technicians yesterday. They did a fantastic job. My carpet has gotten stained from our newest puppy and my 5 year old helped a bit too. When the technician examined the carpet he suggested the best solution and explained that there were certain stains that may not get out completely which i already kind of guessed. He also explained the difference between a regular steam clean and the service he is suggesting so i can make an informed decision. I appreciate the honesty. Once they began they were very efficient. They were done within 30 minutes and my carpet looked so much better. Strongly recommend.

Shawmut Carpets Care was able to accommodate a last minute move in move out deep cleaning service at my house and they did an outstanding job. This is the best cleaning service we have had to date. The walls carpet bathroom ceiling fan is stunning. Not only did they go above and beyond but they are also the kindest and most professional people out there. I highly recommend this company's services to anyone.

Overall good experience. Very communicative. I got the quote on the spot in person since they had a job being done nearby and in some cases people try to upcharge when they meet you anyways. It was able to get done on a couple hours notice and this company was one of the few companies i found with insurance. I thought the pricing was fair. Very professional and a full team.

The lead and her team were amazing. She was here on time she runs a tight ship understood 100 percent what i needed and made it happen no problem. She and her team worked non stop to get things done and i was extremely happy with her service knowledge and customer service. I would definitely use her again. Thanks for the service.

The technician was great to work with. He was super responsive, returning my call and getting me a quote within day. The carpet cleaning job was fantastic. My old carpet looks so fresh now. It was also nice that it was very quiet so I could continue to work from home while he was there. I highly recommend this company.
