I was very disappointed, the stairs don’t even come up to my house. They’re off by about Three or fourinches one side that sits on the platform is off by about 2 inches. I had just had surgery and I didn’t go out and look at the side of the stairs The stairs don’t look even The top step is way higher than the others. I thought the stairs were made to order. I think the man just took anything that was in stock.

When you installed our steps, the worker stepped on and broke our basement window cover and said the company would reach out to replace it. It’s been 2 years and we’ve heard nothing.

We had a gentleman come out to give us a quote on both our stairs, and he never got back to us. We were looking forward to new stairs, in the end we went with someone else. So Unprofessional. REPLY : your employee called me that day to make sure he had the correct email address and he did. He then told me he was finishing up the quote and he would he email it soon. 2 days later I called and left him a message and never heard back from him. So obviously I did not receive the email. Why didn't he call back to just say did you receive it ? Or call me back period.

Shea Concrete installed some prefabricated front stairs and railings for us last year and they look fantastic. The stairs held up well over the winter, we followed the instructions and didn't use any deicers on them. Instead we got electric mats that melt the snow and ice. However, the railings did start to rust a little. I sent our sales rep an email with some pictures and he told me that they would have someone come out and repair them for us when the weather got better. Today they came and repaired and repainted the railings and they look like brand new. From previous experiences with contractors I thought that I would have to repeatedly follow up with them, however, that wasn't the case at all with Shea Concrete. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again!
