Bob Dallatore with Shearer was absolutely awesome. He showed up within scheduled time and quickly found out what the issue was my unit was having. Fixed the problem and also checked a few other things to make sure I was not going to have any more problems . Very knowledgeable, neat/tidy and friendly. He even went the extra mile and fixed one of my steps that was broke going into my attic. Thank you Shearer heating and Rob and Bob

My heat pump system quit working. It turned out that the problem was a bad breaker. I changed the breaker and everything is working properly.
