On Monday November 18,2024 at approximately 912am to make a appointment to have my furnace checked out due to no heat on recommendation from numerous neighbors and my realtor.evryone gave high praises to this company. Called company spoke to receptionist BATINA who was very pleasant. I was told by her that she would dispatch technician and they would call me to set up appointment. It's Thursday November 21,2024 no call from anyone from this company. If I have to call you back to remind you that you forgot to make a appointment with me I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere. But atleast someone answered the phone .maybe your experience will be different.

Shearin H&C is absolutely wonderful. Very professional, prompt and reliable service. I called on a Saturday morning due to my 96 year old mother's unit went out and they installed a new unit on Monday. Very reasonable prices as well. Kudos to team Shearin.

Shearin was the only one of eighteen plumbers and electricians called who responded when my.boiler heat went out at 4pm on a projected 20-degree night. Got to my home in half an hour, spent nearly two hours wrestling with a 60s-era boiler, and got us up and running by nine. These are the folks you want taking care of you!

Called Thursday around 12. The lady on the phone was very polite and very helpful. I was told that someone would be contacting me about some service work that needed to be done on a pice of commercial property which a unit had stopped working. Never heard back from them on Thursday . Friday morning at 10am and I still haven't heard anything from them. Called back . The woman on the phone was still very polite but still didn't have an answer as of when they could schedule the unit to be looked at.24 hours later and still no-one had called me back. It was not her fault all she was doing was relaying a message to whoever schedules the work but the tenants still don't have ac and I have to find someone else to get the unit looked at. Whoever is in charge of setting up appointments never called
