He helped me understand their process, that he'd represent me in their weekly meetings and keep me in the loop from start to finish. This kept my nerves at bay with such a significant investment. Finding contractors who truly care about customer satisfaction can be difficult. Google reviews are often unreliable, and we’ve had to rely mostly on word of mouth to get even reasonable workmanship quality. As first-time homeowners navigating a modest renovation full of surprises, we wanted our asphalt shingle roof replacement done correctly and comprehensively. This is a first-class outfit. Our sales guy Beau was super helpful explaining all our options and was easy to get in touch with throughout the process. Pricing was transparent and reasonable (a roof ain't "cheap" but it's also not an area you want to skimp on as a homeowner). Day of the job, project guys Christian and Adam were communicative and friendly. But what made me particularly happy to leave this review is the high level of respect the Sheeley crew had for our property while they were here. They took a lot of care to not damage our deck, and after they rolled out, I did a thorough grounds-walk and did not find a signal roofing nail left behind. Really happy with the service.

Extremely professional from the first encounter having the process explained in detail- all questions and concerns answered clearly- through the actual installation and cleanup we were treated with respect and consideration. The team was hands on and readily available during the entire 2 days and we were completely comfortable with the project.
