We were looking to remodel our 1927 house’s small laundry/bathroom & shower. We found Sheiner Construction on Yelp and were impressed with their reviews. We met with Harel and discussed the details of our plans. He took his time exploring which options would meet our future needs and offered suggestions to accomplish that goal. Throughout the construction process, all the staff were professional and courteous, and consistently cleaned the work area each night before leaving. Like all construction projects, there were additional changes that presented themselves and were handled skillfully. We are very delighted with the finished product that exceeded our expectations. Sheiner completed a 270 sq ft room addition complete with walk in-closet and bathroom in just under 2 months. Harel was our PM and he worked diligently with us; communicating daily and providing guidance along the way. His team which included architects, framers, plumbers, etc. were all professional during the whole project and we appreciate their efforts greatly. There were even minor things neither of us caught that needed some adjustments after the project was complete and Harel personally coordinated a team to rectify the issue. I would not hesitate to reach out to them for any future projects.
