Shelters of New England

Purchased a barn style shelter and one of the seams started to separate within a month. Had trouble trying to fill out the warranty form on the Shelter logic website. Contacted Dave at Shelters of New England and he took it from there. He contacted the factory for me and a new cover was sent out within a week. Can highly recommend Dave and Shelters of New England located in NH.

Ordered a garage through David (was told by shelterlogic 3 weeks). Ended up taking a lot longer but he was on the ball every.single.time. Solid communication, did everything he could to push the order despite shelterlogic dragging their feet. Even met me on a Sunday morning to pick up my order to get it setup before a rain storm. Support this small biz- you’ll be happy you did.

Terrible customer service. Actually, no customer service at all! I purchased a shelter from Dave and he admitted he provided 0 customer service when it arrived defective and I called him about it. He said 90% of the time the factory gets it wrong. So basically you knew you were selling me a product that had little chance of being right?! He said take it up with the factory. His only suggestion was to take a pair of scissors to the canvas and fix it myself. When asked won’t that void the warranty he said “yes.” When asked won’t the canvas rip even more when the wind pulled on it he said “yes.” When asked about the return policy he said “there is none, you need to take it up with the factory.” When asked “so basically you take my money and then wipe your hands of the whole thing,” h

Awesome quality product, the way my order was handled and delivered exceeded my expectations. I had some doubts placing such a small order for a Sno-Rake snow removal tool but it was handled quickly and professionally. Definitely felt just as valued a customer as anyone else and these guys will stay in my mind for future purchases! Thank you

Went in to ask a simple question. There was no other customers there, but I was immediately greeted with an overly negative tone. It didn’t take much longer to realize they didn’t want my business. I suggest looking elsewhere as if this is how they treat prospective customers, image how they’ll react after they get your money, or worse, if you have an issue? My guess, issues will be plentiful with the attitude given from the employee.
