Sherlock Holmes Irrigation came out to do a system tune-up, which I highly recommend while they’re still offering their discounted rate. Mike, the technician, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected every head, component, and process of my irrigation system. He made a few adjustments, explained everything clearly, and even pointed out issues I already suspected with my system. Mike scheduled a follow-up to repair the faulty components, and his expertise and confident explanations gave me a much better understanding of how my system works and how to use it effectively. This experience was easy, informative, and left me completely satisfied. I highly recommend Sherlock Holmes Irrigation, and especially Mike for their professionalism and quality service.

First, it is unacceptable and unsafe to post my house and street number publicly in your reply. Please remove that information immediately, privacy matters for all customers. Second, I want to clarify that you serviced my yard three times, not two, and yet I am still dealing with the same pest issues, ant beds, and a poor lawn despite your assurances about treating (BAHIA GRASS) that was discussed before you guys were hired. The results were disappointing, and my concerns about pests and lawn health remain unresolved. While I appreciate your customer service and prompt communication, your actual treatments did not deliver on what was promised. I expect professionalism

First time visit, great communication and very good service. Kris explained everything, about the pest control products and what she is doing. First contact with Jennifer was great too, quick response and good explanation about the services and the price, she could even arrange to get the service appointment to my needs. First visit from Michael for our Irrigation System was a great experience too, first surprise was that he spoke German. He checked the complete Irrigation system, made the needed repairs, explained what he is doing and suggested what maybe needs to be done (like adding heads). Over all - Very friendly staff, a fast and very reliable Service for a good price.
