Sherman Parking

They said I was fired for take money out of the draw, yeah I took it and leave a note because they didn't pay for my 4 of July time and a half, after a month waiting, Dennis fired me on August 22 and Today September 26, 2021, I still waiting for my sick hours check and two months working Xtra for the U-Haul. And now lack of work.... 1/29/2022 update, still have no answer from the owner...

it would be nice if they would at least answer the phone.! the number they provide on uhaul website isnt even right, then when you call with the other number on google, NO ANSWER! I been calling now for an hour regarding a rental and cant even get in contact with 1 person! ITS RIDICULOUS! AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Parked my car at this garage a few nights ago. I left my cell phone on the dashboard. I returned back to my car about 10 minutes later and the crook parking attendant stole my $700 cell phone from the dashboard. Filed a police report for larceny. Garage owner Dennis Xenos is extremely condescending and arrogant. He did not listen to our concerns and refuses to take any responsibility. He attempts to show video surveillance that does not show that the attendant took the phone by the entrance of the garage. This will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not risk losing your possessions at this garage. Park elsewhere.

Don't park here. The parking is destructive to the quality of life for the neighborhood. The attendant's have people hanging out with lounge chairs and loitering, drinking and blasting music in front of the establishment until the wee hours of the morning. If this continues and is not rectify I will get a petition started to remove the company and get a new company ASAP.

Advertising rental vans but claim the services are down. While the attending person sits in someone's car to warm themselves up. Don't recommend here.
