Justin came out the same day to shovel snow off my mom’s roof and put up salt because we had tons of snow build up on the roof and it was leaking through the skylights and in another area. . I live out of state and was so glad to have someone that called right back and kept me informed on what he was going to do and asked what I was comfortable spending for the job. He was so friendly and sent pictures of what needed to be done and pictures after he was done. Highly recommend this company. Thank you again Justin for your help!!

From the initial appointment for an estimate through the insurance company communications, municipal and historic district permitting process and roof installation, Justin and his team were very thorough and professional. This was not an easy job. They took the time to fully understand the amount of tear-off and re-sheeting required to avoid any unpleasant surprises during the job. The other 7 bidders only guessed. The permitting process involved the municipality as well as approval by the historical district. S-G kept moving through historical district requirements and city codes while the city was tied up with internal computer & network issues. Sherriff-Goslin Roofing put a new roof, fascia board, and gutters on the house last spring. Justin Foster did a great job co-ordinating the whole project! Beautiful new roof. Recently there was a small issue with a gutter leak so I contacted Justin and he came (after his normal work hours) to take a look at it. He saw right away what the problem was and went way above the call of duty to take care of it right then. Thank you Justin - you saved the day!!

Very satisfied with Sherriff Goslin. They replaced a flat roof on a little addition on our home two years ago. Very quick, professional, neat and timely. Good communication. I recently had Justin come back to estimate replacing the rest of the roof due to a moisture issue upstairs. He determined that it was due to condensation, not a leak, described a simple solution we could use, replaced a blown off shingle while he was up on the roof, and told me I had 3+ years left on my roof. He was happy to quote the job and sell me a roof but what impressed me was he really listened to me and addressed my concerns. I contacted another roofer also who more or less gave a sales pitch and quoted the job. I’m having Justin provide an estimate in case we decide to go with the new roof now.
