Sherwin-Williams Floorcovering Store

I would not go with Sherwin Williams Floors! I don’t usually spend the time to give bad reviews but I am dealing with a huge issue that Sherwin Flooring and their installer Grant Flooring will not fix. I used them on a few houses I built and had more than 1 issue. LVT and tile.

The WORST experience ever!!!! I would never use this company again. They do not work in a timely manner. Takes many phone calls just to get a quote. I only used them because the previous home owner had existing flooring from them and I wanted to match the rest of the home. The install of the flooring was horrible. Then I was told someone would come out to fix it and then they forgot. If I could give them a negative star I would. Truly disappointed with John the guy that was quoted the job. Had to keep calling him just to get the cost. He sucks at his job. They are more worried about the Boss coming to town then a customer. I would hope they were smart enough to know that customers are why they even have a job. It was a very DISAPPOINTING work with them!!!!

This is one Great resource. Amazing products reasonably priced. Great service. Fast and affordable. What a terrific experience it was dealing with this store.
