Edgewater Mall has significantly declined, but Dillard's remains a reliable store for finding essentials with helpful and well-presented salespeople. Prices vary by brand but are competitive with other retailers. While not a 5-star rating, as I think there's room for improvement, Dillard's stands out as a positive shopping experience.

Nice store . Very clean . Pleasent sales ladys . Worlds largest puzzel outside Dillard's. Hi David ( Puzzels USA 🇺🇸 😊 ) I WAS SAD WE WERE THERE LATER AFTER THEY CLOSED . A surprise visit would have been cool .

One of the few stores I entered in Edgewater Mall and greeted. I was offered assistance as well. Dillard's offers access to a few brands I wear Cremiux, Polo Ralph Lauren, Akoo, and tommy bahama. No real sales or offers this visit.

Amazing place! I was looking for a last minute suit for a Ball I’m going to and this nice man helped me big time in the men’s suit department. I don’t know his name, but he’s a bald guy who was well dressed and super nice. Even coming in last minute he still helped me and gave me everything i needed. Much respect to him and i really wish him the best! I walked away feeling so good about myself.

The associates upstairs were not as helpful as the ones downstairs. I felt like no one wanted to help me find anything and then I wanted to bring an item downstairs to complete my purchase and was told it would be best if I just checked out upstairs. I felt like the lady was implying I wouldn't pay for the item if I brought it downstairs. Because she was so rude and pushy, I went downstairs where I had a pair of men's shoes, ladies' formal shoes, and two formal dresses waiting. I purchased them all with the sweet girl downstairs in the men's shoe department because she didn't treat me as if I were "less than." The sad thing is I had three other items from upstairs I probably would have purchased had it not been for the rude customer service. Maybe I wasn't the best dressed person upstairs
