Update: General store manager Ramon made every thing right! He made it a point to let me know as a customer I am valued and they stand behind their product. He advised me on the best method to get exact color, and replaced it at no charge. Even if it had been a charge his concern and time taken to educate me and solve the problem is what great customer service looks like. And I thank him immensely. New construction home, and builder does not provide "touchup" paint. Advised homeowners on what and where to buy additional paint for home. Sherwin Williams Snowbound $70.00 for a gallon. Used work.fine matched perfectly, 2 months later used again paint no longer matches. Contacted customer service directes to store manager. I work at one of the top painting companies in this area and I hate going to this location. We normally use the New Hope road location and have absolutely no complaints about SW New Hope rd. The Franklin store however literally always looks like a bomb exploded in the store anytime you walk in. I actually had to move boxes and 5 gallons buckets of paint to get to an area of the store the other day while the employees listened to rap music over the store speakers so loud you couldn't have a conversation with someone right beside of you. So I went in there about a month ago and ordered an item they had to get from another store and they were supposed to call me when it came in. They never called so I went back yesterday and of course they dont know anything about it. I ordered it again and i

I arrived at 5:30 and it was closed already it clearly says they are open until 6pm.

The folks who work here are friendly and very helpful. Looking for paint colors are a hard decision and they try their best to help you with the process. They were very knowledgeable about their products and the performance. Right now they have a 30% off sale going on. I would suggest this store for all your painting needs. They also have pressure washer rental on the property. This store was clean and they are following Covid-19 guidelines.Thanks for your help Jenni Mar!!

Walked in the location I was not greeted and the associate looked directly at me and walked to the backroom. I work in a customer forward facing business, greeting is basic and should be expected at all times. I took my business to another location.
