I had an emergency: Apartment building rain water pipe was leaking. Opened up concrete floor in basement to determine what material was required. Home Depot, nor Faucet Shop could assist. Was referred to Shilvock Co. Drove to Shilvock Co and spoke with Tim, who confirmed that he had the material that I may require. Drove back to site to check and confirm which supplies I would be requiring. Called supplier to indicate that I would arrive about 5 minutes after their shop closes at 4pm. I explained my situation and mentioned that rain and showers were predicted for tonight and tomorrow and that the basement could flood. The assistant (not Tim) was not prepared to wait a couple of minutes to assist me in this emergency! I rushed and in fact arrived 2min after 4pm. They were already closed. N
