Great all-around service! From the initial appointment booking, the communication and subsequent service was great ~ showed up on time, performed the window cleaning thoroughly and efficiently. Little to no interruption to the day. Will be using again in the fall!

Shine of Franklin has been great with our Christmas light installations. We have been using them for our Christmas lights for a few years now and they are great with communicating a convenient installation time and do a great job with the installation. Whenever something goes wrong with the lights, they are quick to come out and fix whatever issues you have with your lights.

We've used Shine of Franklin twice now and have been very pleased with how the windows and doors w/ glass turned out. The crew members were pleasant, put booties over their shoes, cleaned up everything better than they found it, and finished in a quick manner. We are now committing to 2-3 times a year and they offered us a discount when we schedule that in advance. Highly recommend Shine of Franklin.
