Shining Nights & Christmas Decor

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Shining Nights AKA Christmas Decor. I called over 2 weeks ago for a consultation and quote to install Christmas lights around the outside of my home. At that time I gave my address and contact information, and scheduled an appointment for 11/13/2018. On the 13th they called to reschedule due to inclement whether, which is understandable. The appointment was rescheduled for 11/17/2018, between 10am and 12pm. Today, the rescheduled consultation date, I received a call after 10am stating they would be canceling the consultation altogether because they’d just realized my address is further than they were willing to go.
