I had the most amazing experience with SHINY & I received THEE BEST service from their representative named Douglas Rodriquez. Not only was his communication on ETA excellent, but he was friendly, professional, reassuring, & respectful - everything one would hope for in what has become a rare phenomenon - good old-fashioned customer service! My light bedroom carpet had gotten stained with dirt & boot tracks & Douglas made it look like new. He also power-washed my front walkways & washed away all of the dirt, grime, kitty litter, & de-icing salts. Douglas is such a delightful man who clearly has pride in his work & making customers happy.

Douglas did a great job making sure I was a happy with his work. He was fast and efficient and I’d ask to bring him back again next time. I had originally scheduled this same service with a different company and this company offered a better price. I’m glad I went with them, they were great and my couch smells so nice! I booked them to help with a clean and pet urine odor removal.

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet when we moved out of our apartment! They even managed to get rid of an old stain that had been there from the last tenant! Their price was also very good for the area.
