Shiplet Plumbing

If we ever recommended Shiplet Plumbing to you in the last 6 years (we recommended them a lot) do NOT USE THEM ANYMORE! They’ve always been reasonable, but the last time they came out last year, the quality had greatly declined and they had to send another team the next day. We always recommended them because their prices were always so reasonable. I don’t think I ever paid them $300 for anything. Well, today they came out after talking to my contractor about changing the drain line from a one and a quarter inch to a 2 inch so that mom can have a walk in shower. The guy walked in, looked down and said it can’t be done. My experienced contractor talked to him on the phone multiple times and the guy didnt seem to understand and said it can’t be done. I used them for a plumbing issue. Received my bill and was quoted something different than what they charged me. Also, they put about 150% mark up on parts. Beware and look at your bills. I am very disappointed. I will never use them again. Just because this is a small town, it does not give them the right to overcharge people. After speaking with the woman there about the billing, she threatened to take me to court. That is fine. I will be more than happy to go in front of a judge and show the cost of the parts and what they charged me. Like I said, they quoted me a per hour on the phone then billed me for more than that. I would like to give a rave for Shiplet Plumbing. These guys bent over backwards for us today, fitting us into their already full schedule, working through their lunch hour and gave super courteous service.
