Would not recommend for service on washers. Had an issue with my washer, not draining. I was charged $85 for them to not know what could be wrong other than say that I needed to replace the main board and even after that would be replaced that other parts might need replacing as well. When I called up there on Monday to have them Bring my washer back to the house they told me that they were still looking at it, and then said that they kept getting interrupted whenever They had looked at it days ago and wanted to make sure it wasn’t The drain. Stick to Jimmy Bradford for any local needs. Even a local appliance guy said that they do not know what they’re doing.

This is the place. I have been coming here and buying my appliances at this company since 1982. Wow! That's Awesome! And I will continue to do so. I love the people that works here. Very professional and kind. Whatever you want to buy, they will take there time with you to discuss it and make sure they meet your needs and satisfaction. Also you can pay your other bills there as well Such as, electric, telephone and gas bill etc. Amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

While waiting for a local service repair man just to call me back (which still has not happened) about replacing a lock switch on my washing machine I was told to try WTA , I called and same day Cody was out looking at washer & order the part, the very next day part was here and fixed!!! I can not express my gratitude for the fast and reliable service..very pleased thank you West Texas Appliance

Always a friendly smile & greeting when coming in to pay utilitiy bills for Many different companies!! Wonderful service to find parts for appliances & a great knowledge on how to troubleshoot and fix many appliances even without a purchase!! And whenever you need to purchase furniture or household appliances the prices are Very, very reasonable!! If financing is needed you get a great payment plan Way Lower than the bigger "Rental Companies ‼️" Definitely a place to go if you live in or around Vernon, TX‼️
