They were hired by the owner of the mobile home park when there was no markings from Met-Ed or the cable companies. I have videos and photos of them pulling up all the lines out of the ground disconnecting my electric my cable my internet and my phone along with the other neighbors. I told them out my window not to dig there because of all the lines and they just told me that the owner of the mobile home park just said did no matter what. This site is not allowing me to attach any videos or photos
