Shirtless Movers

An easy move. Nice guys. I trusted them. Wrong! Upon inspection the day after I saw that formally pristine wood furniture was scraped and scratched. It looks like the wood was allowed to rub against each other during the trip. Also finger nail gouges in the wood finish. Absolutely the worst. Careless and sloppy. The two movers were Jordan ( the owner) and Norman. Just terrible. No idea they how they could be nice yet just destroyed my wood furniture. If you hire these guys check your stuff before and after and do not trust they give a damn.

My entire experience was an absolute nightmare. 10.5 hours late. Faulty vehicle that couldn't make the trip without engine trouble. Although the movers were nice and worked hard, they were clearly amateurs, not professional movers as advertised. Charged several hundred dollars over the quoted price. They Do not stand by the 100% satisfaction guarantee as stated on the website. Texting correspondence which started at 5:30am was extremely excessive, near harassment. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Beware of this franchise, you are NOT getting what is advertised on the website.

They were contracted to move my daughter on 2/18/22 she paid a deposit moving for collage she wanted a stress free easy move they were to show up at 9am 5hour window put them at 1pm she called at 11am and they forgot about the move it only went down hill from there at like 4pm she called and was told they were on the way but had to do a move on the way take about 45 min. they finally got there at 7:30pm they finished getting her stuff moved in at 2am they made her pay more then the quoted agreement before unloading her stuff then texted her an invoice for another 300 at 5am I tried to negotiate a reduced payment because of all the problems which he agreed with me that happened and found I got no where. he does not take responsibility for anything only tell you he agrees it did not go well

Worst experience of my life working with this company! Shirtless Movers and their owner Jordan Kavoosi are professional scammer’s not professional movers! Shirtless Movers are trained to work extremely slowly so they can charge you an outrageous amount and when you refuse to pay what they are demanding they threaten you by saying they will take you to court or calling the police. Movers don’t work together, don’t use padding and when they damage all of your items they don’t reimburse anything. Learn from my mistake and pay the extra cost of a real professional moving service because this company is not professional, everything on their website is a lie.

Great movers. Showed up a little late but once they start they were quick and didn't damage any furniture. I chose the shirts on option. Lol. Overall a good moving experience. I will hire them again next time
