This is a great Company. I had a number of folks guide me to Shoreline. Met Chris at the onset of the project and then had Dillan by my side for dozens (and dozens) of questions along the way. Dillan is incredibly responsive - I don’t often see the level of professionalism I did with Shoreline. They won’t disappoint and their prices are fair notwithstanding their reputation as ‘the best’. Shoreline Pools was excellent at helping us make good decisions regarding the purchase and installation of our new pool. This is our first pool experience, but the Project Manager Dylan helped us with both the design and deliverables that allowed us to begin enjoying our new pool by July 4th, the target date for opening the pool. We are very pleased with the process and final results. Our grandkids love it and visit us more often. 😎👍🏼 Since this is our first pool, we needed and received wonderful customer service support, teaching me how to monitor and adjust pool chemistry. Our primary source of training and maintenance advice came from their technical guru Jamie. He was very patient and helpful. We recommend Shoreline Pools strongly. 😎

I can not say enough GREAT things about Shoreline. I have completed 3 different projects with Shoreline in the past 10 years from Simple pool work to a major Backyard Upgrade with each project Outstanding. The last project with a full renovation of my pool, decking adding outdoor kitchen and firepit and new hot tub was an amazing transformation. The increased value of my property far exceeded the cost of the renovation. My backyard has the look of a 5 STAR Resort. It could not have been done any better. They came in with costs as promised and finished within the expected timeline. I would highly recommend using them. I continue to use them for my weekly pool maintenance as well. Why can't I give zero stars? 4 years ago, in 9" of snow Shoreline Pools built my gunite pool, this spring they replastered it for the 4th time! The worst of all was this time when they attempted to do pebble tec, What a joke!! Full of white blotches and streaks. It came from them acid washing right after plastering instead of the 24 hr wait period. Looks like they mixed it in a wheelbarrow! Looks 40 years old! Deco tiles look like a drunk installed, 50% of the grout came out where it meets the coping after light brushing. The first problem was he poured the pool 4" to high, then said it was my fault for changing the coping I was installing, I also did the pool deck. Just wanted the pool and tile. I have a 4' pitch on my deck to keep the water from going into my house, had to raise my who
