As much today as it was thirty years ago, excellent customer service and expertise. I had linoleum laid in a large kitchen/dining room area. Great work and long-lasting quality! Lately, I used their carpet cleaning service. These people take pride in their work, and I highly recommend them.

Awhile back we purchased our carpeting with pad and installation from Showcase Carpet (132 Sq Yds). We ordered the carpeting from Dreamworks and it was installed by their supposedly "premium" installer Juan, who has 20+ years experience. We expected that there would be some 'minor' damage to the baseboards but did not expect to have to fill gouges in them, completely repaint and to have the walls above the baseboards beat up. Also, the grout in the front of our fireplace was also chipped out by the installers. They were also not careful taking doors off either. We ended up taking them down ourselves to prevent any more damage. The carpet seams throughout our house are very noticeable and are unacceptable.
