Shrammu are awesome! We’ve become customers after switching from another company and they have been so helpful/quick response, great at explaining and efficient. Thankful we found them!

Shrammu (Kevin) has been taking care of my pool since I had it installed a few years ago. They are so great to take care of the weekly needs and any emergencies that come up. Always great to work with and a fair price. Couldn’t be happier with their services

We bought a brand new pump 2 years ago. It went out a few months later. Kevin replaced it with a used pump stating he would replace it. I repeatedly asked him about it. Originally his response was that he was not able to get the replacement, but was still trying. Last I asked him, after discontinuing our service, he said, I'll get on it that week. That was in December. We have not seen him or the new pump!

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. The weekly cleanings are mediocre and barely put any time into actually cleaning my pool. I’m the one constantly having to fill the water levels up, and my chlorine tablet floater has been broken for weeks and they haven’t even changed it out for a new one. Also my vacuum head has now disappeared and no text back from the owner when I asked him where it went. I’m sure Kevin the owner is a good guy but he doesn’t put enough care into his customers to make them happy. I will be moving on to find a better company. But BUYER BEWARE! I usually don’t leave reviews but I need to warn anyone who might use them.

Shrammu Pool Service did a great job chipping out plaster and fixing a step. They replastered it and it looks great. The pool in beautiful. They went the extra mile cleaning some tile's that had a lot of build up. I couldn't be happier. Thank You, Shrammu Pools. Plus their bid came in and it couldn't be beat! Wendy
