Unprofessional and liars. Had no water, scheduled a time for them to come out on Friday. Waited all day. Called them multiple times and kept getting told "he's in the field and I won't know anything until he calls in" Confirmed that no matter what, they would be out the next day, Saturday, multiple times. I finally received a call back at 4:40 PM, saying they would not be able to come out Friday, Saturday, or Monday. they had other jobs to do. I was very cordial and diplomatic the entire time. The need to rename their company "Suck Drilling" If I could sue them I would. Now it's Saturday, and I have to see if I can find anyone open who can replace my pump.

After being put on the back burner for four months now, we still do not have an estimated timeline on when the well will be installed because other Wells in Yuma, take priority over going over the hill to the Wellton area. Not to mention the lady who answers the phone is always rude about it as if we don’t have the right to be asking, when the well will be installed. Four months down the road there is still no estimated timeline.

Well pump issue. Came out same day I called, fixed the problem. Very friendly service man. Pleased with the cost. Will use them again without hesitation if I ever have anymore problems.

Danny is one of the most honest guys I know. He even reduced a bill once without my asking, because he found an error. Very knowledgeable about the whole County and where the water is

I would give more stars if I could!!! They were so nice and came out right away to fix my well. I couldn’t be happier!!!
