Back in May we were looking to get a new 200 amp breaker box installed. They came out and gave an estimate the day we called. We put down the deposit and got everything scheduled for 2 weeks out. The day comes and two hours after the scheduled appointment they say they had some call offs and couldn't make it. Ok. It happens, NBD. We are rescheduled, the appointment rolls around and they don't show up again. After reaching out multiple times I am finally told they got called to an emergency. At this point I just want my money back and to go elsewhere but am told they already bought everything and there will be a restocking fee and I wont get my deposit back. We get another appointment scheduled and West Penn needs to be there to shut off the power. West Penn Shows up at the scheduled time b

I highly recommend Shuman’s Electric! Lewis was extremely friendly, professional, and flexible. He quickly came over to fix two issues we had at our property, and his work was top-notch. His pricing is very reasonable, and he even offers flexible payment options, which was convenient since we were out of town and could pay online. Fantastic service all around!

I called for an easy fix. Lewis said he would schedule me the next day. The next day he did not show at the time agreed upon. I texted him 15 minutes after the appointment time-no response. I called an hour after the appointment time-no answer. Never heard back…Can’t give 0 stars for this review.

Lewis is phenomenal & very prompt. The turn around from call to service was very quick. I was in a house fire caused by electrical issues(not my own home) . I had a lot of trauma afterwards & he was able to come to my home and check everything to insure my house was safe for my family. Would highly recommend to anyone & will be using for any future issues that occur.

My basement was flooded in April from the storms in the area. I had used Shumans Electric several times before so I called Lewis and he came out early the next morning and started replacing and fixing the electrical so that I was back up and running that same day. He is prompt efficient and very reasonably priced. He went above and beyond for the folks in Washington County after that flood and I would recommend Shumans Electric to anyone looking for electrical work.
