Like many during the pandemic, we reached out to several companies for pool quotes and found that simply put the pool business was slammed trying to keep up with demand. No matter which company we spoke to each had a waitlist to break ground and were even delayed in sending quotes as their teams were inundated with requests. We ultimately chose Joe and his team at Shurshot and I could not be happier with our choice. Not only did they do a fantastic job they even finished ahead of schedule. Reached out to Shur Shot several times - no response. Also now (March 2022) they no longer have a web site. If...if they're still in business why beg them to take your money, there's plenty of companies that will treat you like you're the customer!

I don't know how this company stays in business! In the past 6 weeks I have made several calls, sent several emails including their on line "contact us" form & their sales guy can't seem to get back to me. As if my money is the wrong shade of green! So ridiculous to have to beg for an estimate! I don't care how good their product may be, their customer service is terrible.
