Absolutely, in love with our new fence! Eric has been a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and trust worthy. He gave us a quote prompt unlike other fencing places and didn’t play games. The work was done pretty quickly in unfavorable weather. Short story: they lack communication, steal money, and are unprofessional. Long story: We booked Sierra fencing in early March for a vinyl fence and gate project and we were told it would take 2-3 months to get the supplies. We were ok with this since we knew fencing is high in demand with little materials available, but 3 months passed and we were trying to get in contact with them for weeks and they just wouldn’t answer our call. We were left in the dark not knowing when our project would be started or if we would even get our money back. Finally they called back after 2-3 weeks of trying to contact them. They said they could do a chain link fence but we had agreed on a vinyl material. So I asked for a refund check and they did give me one. Turned out that they didn’t have sufficient fu

Sierra Fencing rescheduled my appointment for today but nobody never showed, called, nothing. I called the main number for the office and was told the quoter was on the way, at that point the quoter was running 10 minutes behind, she told me the person just left the office and will be to me shortly, I waited another 20 minutes. No one came or called. I called the office 2 hours after someone was supposed to show and no one answered. Both my neighbors used Sierra Fencing last year, they pretty much had the same communication issues.

I had a very great experience with Sierra fencing and working with Eric. He was very responsive and communicated well with me. The material they provide are also high quality and look super beautiful and the price was reasonable given the fence was on expensive side Vinyl.

The only positive about this buisiness is the labor and finished product. That should be enough, but their customer service is absolutely awful. They will answer the phone for the initual estimate, expect for you to have the down payment for the project the same day they initially come out (How?) and once they finish the job and get your money, you can't get in touch with them to save your own life. They refuse to call and say when they're coming. They started the job on a holiday, Memorial Day, and the only way I was notified is because I CALLED THEM and the woman answering the phone let me know like a day or two before. They came and went as they pleased without any real communication. The fence looks nice but once they get their check, they probably block your number entirely. I have a
