I have had Sierra Pacific windows for over twenty years. The company has provided excellent maintaince and repair support. I recently needed to replace some windows and the company was very reasonable with the cost. The sales team are very knowledgeable and responsive.

From a yelp review in 2019: Substandard windows and horrible customer service. This company operates in California and Lacey, WA, but the windows were sold in Portland OR. I live in a community of 17 homes where these windows were installed during construction 6 years ago and more than half the homes have had problems with the windows. I contacted the rep in Portland, who referred me to Charles White in Lacey WA. I asked that he coordinate a visit with as many homes as possible. He ignored that and sent an email to each person with a quote for repair costs of hundreds of dollars. He did not contact me personally for a visit, even though I followed up multiple times. Clear avoidance. I asked to talk to his manager (Alex) and he said he was not available. I asked for a return call from Alex

Just got cut off by one of their drivers on the 205 North, just off Sandy heading towards Vancouver. The jerk was speeding onto the 205 and just merged right over and cut us off. We had to swerve to the left lane. Then he sped past us making hand gestures. Traffic wasn't even congested so he had no reason to force his way over in front of us. I called it in, trailer #645. Jerk in a bright neon green shirt and he had another guy in the passenger seat. Hope they lose their jobs and licenses. Aggressive road rager shouldn't be allowed to drive for a living.

I have specified and ordered Sierra Pacific windows for over 25 years. I feel they build a superior product, as I do. All departments are very helpful and timely. I Highly recommend SP windows.
