Spoke with Sarah (one of the owners) on the phone. She is very professional & set up an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. Met her husband Arnoldo. He is polite, a good listener, and easy to talk to. Gave me a very fair proposal for the work that needed to be done. I also liked that they have an arborists on their staff, Gerry. He was the lead person and all three men did an excellent job with the trimming of the six trees. They cleaned up all the areas when they were done. I would definitely recommend Sierra Tree Company. PS. I called two other companies for estimates. One was a hand-written estimate but with not much detail in what they would actually do. Sierra Tree helped us when we needed it most. During a storm with high winds, we had several branches from our redwood tree come down on Christmas morning. One limb landed on my son's car, totalling it, and two narrowly missed hitting our house. Sierra responded right away and began work the next day. They were punctual, worked late and were considerate of my neighbors in regards to noise and inconvenience. Prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

Arnoldo and his team did a great job trimming and pruning a number of oaks on my property. The initial estimate was detailed and competitive. They even finished the work a half day early, so the final cost was under the quoted estimate. Communication was great throughout, crew was hard working and friendly. Will definitely continue to use them for ongoing tree maintenance.
