Our AC unit, installed by Signature Air, is not even a year old in our brand-new home, and we’re already dealing with serious issues. After calling another reputable HVAC company for a second opinion, we were told that the unit was improperly installed and overfilled, which has caused unnecessary problems and expenses. I attempted to contact the owner of Signature Air — we spoke once, but after that, he completely stopped responding and ignored all follow-up calls. The lack of professionalism and accountability is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Signature Air to anyone. Thankfully, we found an honest and reliable company to fix the mess Signature Air left behind. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for a company that stands by their work.
