Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional Workmanship and Poor Customer Experience I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Signature has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. What should have been a straightforward countertop installation turned into a 7-week ordeal full of errors, delays, and subpar workmanship. From the very beginning, the quality of the installation was unacceptable. The seam on the island was sloppy and drew immediate attention, outlets didn't fit properly due to poor measurements, the sink alignment was off, and the caulking was carelessly applied. A Side splash was installed on a wall I never approved, and the company did come back to remove it, leaving me to pay my contractor to patch and fix the wall. Despite multiple visits to "fix" the issue

If I could give more than five stars, I would definitely do that for this company review. They are exceptional. Signature cabinetry renovated my kitchen.- I have an older home with quirky measurements. Needless to say I was nervous about changes. This company earned the 5 stars : Everything was on point from the cabinets to the countertops and the hardware is gorgeous. Employees arrived on time or early and cleaned up after themselves. And beyond that the design of the kitchen is just beautiful . So happy with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

I can not share enough great things about my experience with Signature Cabinetry. We just finished building a new home and they were so helpful from start to finish. The showroom is amazing! Clean and organized with so many selections and styles to view. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient as I made my choices for my kitchen counters, cabinets, bathroom counters and vanities. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Signature for helping put together our new forever home!!

Recently did my fifth project with Signature Cabinetry and again are so impressed with their attention to detail and customer service. They are quick to return calls and they provide top notch products. We have ordered cabinets, countertops, and will definitely use them again. We were in a pinch to get a countertop for our front desk fast! We called signature cabinetry and they came out immediately and measured. I told them my vision and they had it installed by the beginning of the following week. The quality is beautiful and the customer service experience was exceptional. We also have used them in our home and once again the quality is wonderful and the whole process was so fast and easy! I will continue to use them for all of my cabinet and countertop needs!
