Leaving for my parents who don't Google 🫣 -- Signature Flooring just finished our kitchen renovation project, as scheduled and within the budget. Chelsea Forbis, our project manager, guided us through the selection of various materials, colors, and finishes of the cabinets, hardware, countertops, and backsplash tile. Chelsea introduced us to each of the subcontractors, met with each trade to ensure the project transitioned from one phase to the next, and was readily available via text, phone, and checking-in on site. The expertise of each trade ensured that not one deficiency was identified during the walk-through. We highly recommend Signature Flooring for kitchen and bathroom renovation projects.

We recently updated our guest bathroom and fully renovated our primary bathroom and closet with Signature Flooring and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the initial brainstorming session looking around at tile and flooring options at the showroom, Charles ushered our project through to the last final details. The tile work is impeccable, and all the sub-contractors were genuinely kind and super respectful of working in our home while we were still living in it. We just finished a complete shower rebuild with Signature Flooring, and we could not be happier. On March 25th while cleaning out the gutters at one of our rentals we noticed a woodlike staining running out from underneath our hardi plank siding and down the cinder block foundation. We had just painted this house last fall, so seeing this was certainly cause for alarm. The stains ended up being from a shower refinish that we had done in 2014. We hired a much lower priced option when we first refinished the bathroom. Our El Cheapo option put our tenants and our property at risk by skimping out on basic prep when they installed the shower tile. Charles gave us not only an estimate, but provided an education in how refinishing a shower is supposed to be done. Who knew that caulking was not
