Signature Maids

We used signature maids 5 times to clean our condo. We loved the way our place looked the first two times. Unfortunately the last three times, we came home surprised to see how poorly they cleaned our place. Team 11 was the worst by far, i don’t really see what they did here for 2 hours. Shower was dirty, dust everywhere, fingerprints etc. We paid extra for deep cleaning but instead we got no cleaning. We will not be using signature maids again

I used signature maids in the past, I’m an old client. but now you can’t even reach them on the phone. You can’t even leave a message. It says voice mail is not set up.you can’t even leave a message. They are probably out of business. I guess I have to find another cleaning service.

Very very happy with the quality, timeliness, and flexibility of Signature Maids Tried them after my regular cleaner moved.and honestly wasn’t expecting much from a company. But Melissa and her teams have been excellent. Their prices are reasonable and it’s been easy to get cleanings scheduled even on short notice. Do yourself a favor and give Melissa a call, you’ll be happy you did.

First of all, i booked cleaning for a certain hour and cleaners turned up more than 2 hours late. Not great. The team i requested wasn’t available (and the office forgot or was too lazy to let me know so they decided to send another team). This is where the horror started. The two ladies together spoke or understood as much english as i do speak chinese. I tried to explain basics but they didn’t not understand a single word of english. Great, considering we are in the USA. One of the cleaners thought this was her home since she came in with her absolutely disgusting dirty trainers. Not just she walked all over my expensive white carpet, she also left black shoe smears all over the wooden floors. I spent around 3 hours on my knees removing them. I have been using this company for a few years. Always had a great experience. Had them come to the house today, as always they did a great job. The ladies were from car #6. They were fantastic.
