Customer Reviews
Signature Stone Craft did an amazing job installing 12 pieces for us, including some windowsills because we had leftover countertop material. Everything looks gorgeous! The installation team was fantastic. They stayed until they were done that day, around 11 p.m. No complaints! Just wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and it looked absolutely spectacular when it was all done. There were a couple of countertops that might not have been perfectly level, but they kept us in the loop about what would happen and asked for our input on how to fix it. Out of the three estimates we got and the communication between the different vendors, Stone Craft was the most open and honest. It wasn’t necessarily the cheapest, but it was only by a small difference , and the communication was definitely
If I could leave zero stars I would. We chose to have our granite countertops installed by Home Depot and this is the company they use to do it. DO NOT recommend. Long story short, I was home all day for the installation and they never communicated any issues with me about my cabinets or anything. They left and I caught them in time to ask them why there was about a half inch gap between my cabinets and granite and they replied “that’s how it has to be to be level”. When a manager was told about this they said they can come out to caulk it if we want. We said that’s unacceptable and they shouldn’t have left it like that. They also didn’t seal our backsplash so there’s a gap between the wall and granite. The company supervisor came out to inspect it and said since the workers didn’t double
I bought the house I was raised in, that my mom and dad built. We just finished remodeling our kitchen, and I had 60 year old white birch cabinets that were built in to the house. We went to Signature Stonecraft and picked out our granite and had our first estimate. Mind you I have over 80 square-foot of countertop space. Even in this time of inflation, the price was competitive and of the places we went looking for granite, this place had the one we wanted. I had Bobby come out because of knowing it was an old house and he told us his opinion and at the time we could not put stone on because of the house being so old, the cabinets were too uneven. I got my contractor to go in and add extra support and even up the cabinets, and had Bobby come back out. They were granite worthy, which made m
Our counter tops are real nice. First if you use them you need to hire a plumber. They won't do anything with your sink and etc. Secondly, they were scheduled to be at my house between 10 and 11 but due some personal problems they didn't show up till almost 4;00 and didn't finish till almost 10:00. Thirdly, behind my sink is a window ledge shaped as a triangle. All counter should be butted next to the wall. But we have a 1/4 or more gap. My wife has called them a couple of times and they said they would look into it. We're still waiting for a call. So now I have to decide what to do. The hole is too big for caulking. After saying all this and spending almost $4000 the counter tops look nice. Would I use them again? No way! If you use them beware you're probably going to have problem
I Had countertops installed today by Cory and Christian. They did a great job, I was very pleased with how it turned out. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful job. Jessica and Sarah need to be acknowledged as they coordinated this multi task job. They kept me updated on my order progress and ensured everyone would be available. Everyone was professional and friendly. Thank all of you for an excellent job.
