He is thorough, honest, and communicates extremely well, always taking the time to explain what’s needed and why. His friendly approach and consistency make it clear that he truly takes pride in his work. I have great respect for and appreciation of the services he provides, and I trust him fully to keep my home running smoothly.

We didn’t have heating and Zahir came out and ensured everything with our furnace was working perfectly by the time he left! He was very thorough in explaining what was going wrong and extremely knowledgeable about next steps. He was great; we’ll be asking for Zahir to come back for any and all of our HVAC needs in the future!

This was a very professional installation. Information and progress updates were provided. The team was competent, confident, and friendly. They have pride in their company and product. We had no concerns having them going in and out of our house up to the third floor and attic all day (it took 11 hrs - partly weather-related). The heat up there was oppressive and eventually there was a massive downpour. They persisted, nonetheless. Well done.
