Sending our son to the fencing camp in the summer of 2024 was the best decision we made! Right after that, we decided to enroll him in regular classes. Since then, for the past 1.5 years, SVF has become more than just an after-school sport for us. The coaches are outstanding, the level of training is incredible, and the attention given to each student is truly impressive! Best fencing club in USA 🫶🏻

My daughter's fencing journey started when our friend highly recommended my daughter to try fencing as she is a leftie. My daughter did some research and she was excited to tell me that SVF is the number one fencing club in the United States. Therefore we started our fencing journey at SVF and we are so fortunate with the positive nurturing environment here. Yuliya is very patient in open communications with the parents and she gave us a lot of advices and guidance throughout the year. All the coaches at SVF are so professional and passionate in teaching too. My daughter's coach is Andrei K and he is very patient and supportive to my daughter always. As a parent of 2 kids, I feel so lucky to have my kids at Silicon Valley Fencing Center. Having no background in fencing, I didn't know that fencing is a sport that requires lots of support from a coach. I am very impressed to see all coaches at Silicon Valley have shown their strong commitment and passion for the kids. Also, their support goes all year around like the Energizer Bunny! :) Through SVF, I can say 100% that my kids got well-disciplined/trained, earned confidence and leadership which can be taught outside of a school education.

This review is particularly to appreciate Coach Yuliya for her sensibility and high ethics - I have observed her for over 1.5 years now, and can tell with certainty that she is very rational with her recommendations, be it for buying fencing equipments or planning for every child’s fencing journey by their strengths. She is also super caring about the safety of the kids. The entire team of coaches are very dedicated and extremely passionate in teaching and continually improving their students - precisely, this is a top notch fencing club!

About two years ago, my wife and I decided to switch our daughter to Silicon Valley Fencing Center. Having observed how their coaches interacted with their fencers at various tournaments, we felt this was the best situation for my daughter to grow and improve as a fencer. She has been training with Coach Yuliya since Day 1 with the club and she really enjoys it. Coach Yuliya is patient and caring with her students. She really puts her time and effort in training my daughter. The techniques and skills are gearing towards to my daughter’s body type and fencing style (short, lefty, aggressive, etc.).
