Zoom was a great rug cleaning surface and would recommend. My home flooded and one of my favorite expensive Moroccan rugs got soaked in sludge. They were able to bring it back to life as good as new.

I have had 4 of my rugs cleaned and 3 of them repaired by Zoom Rugs including work on the fringes. I am now seeing colors and details that I never knew were there. One of my treasured carpets I got in Somalia and seeing the beauty that has been restored by Gaurav Sharma and his team has bought back many memories of my time there. Gaurav met all my expectations. The service is true to the word. Super impressed and happy with the cleaning of my handmade, large sized Persian rug with wool and silk threads. The rug looks super clean and with all the dirt and filth gone, it looks like a new color! There's a new shine and the area looks brighter. I actually got a total of 5 pieces cleaned and will highly recommend. Prices are reasonable and competitive to current market rates.
