Silva Brush Painting

Great work ethic. I bought a new home in Chico and needed a paint job right off the bat. Eric Silva was a great painter. His employees were well behaved and did a great job as well. He was quick and very professional. I would highly recommend silver brush painting to anybody in the chico area.

Erik Silva painted my house a few years ago, and he did such a good job at a fair price that I hired him again last year to paint another house. He is responsive, he showed up on schedule, and he completed the job within the estimated timeframe. He asked questions and made suggestions along the way to make sure we were in agreement. I'm very satisfied with the finished product and will call on him again for future painting projects.

I had hired Silva Paint Brush to do the interior of my 1150 sq ft house awhile back. I don’t want to say it was a horrible job, however, it looked as if he was more concerned with getting the job done quickly, as oppose to making sure it was done properly. I pointed out some spots they had missed to Mr. Silva, he said he would be sure to touch up any areas as soon as he had some time to come by. I ended up waiting 3 months before he was able to correct his mistakes. I think he means well, but he needs to be a bit more professional with his business.

After searching for a house painter to even get a bid, we were given the number and a reference for Eric Silva and Silva Brush Painting. He promptly returned the call, call to the house, and submitted a written bid. Eric's timeline was realistic, and he was able to get an early start. When it came time to color selection, Eric and Brian brought over several samples of the colors we selected, painted swatches on the house, trim, and gutters. Silva Brush pressure-washed the house, primed and prepped, was meticulous in taping, and delivered a wonderful paint job. We could not be happier.
