Always shows up when he says he will, fixes things right the first time, and treats you like more than just a job. He’s kept our system running through everything Virginia weather throws at us. Silvas to the rescue! We woke up to a cold downstairs and in less than 3 from my initial call, the issue was repaired and we were back up and running. They were able to swing by on their way to a scheduled install to ensure we were taken care of, especially since the daytime forecasted high was 34 degrees. Friendly, dependable, and they truly care about doing what’s best for their customers. I can’t thank them enough! I highly recommend them!

Mr. Silva is the only person I will ever call for my heat and air needs. I've used him before for small issues and he never recommended work that didn't need to be done. He doesn't try to sell you a new setup if what you have can be fixed and he charges a fair price for when he performs repairs. When my old unit was finally giving up the ghost he could have performed a bandaid fix costing me an extra 500 dollars or more, which would have resulted in me having to have to replace everything shortly afterwards, resulting in my having spent more money. He did a complete system replacement for us, working us into his busy schedule so we wouldn't be without AC too long in the heat wave.
