Silver Appliances

Buyer Beware... My husband and I had purchased a fridge, washer and dryer from Silver Appliance in Yakima WA. They are crooks and sell bad appliances. We paid 750 for a fridge and was verbally told by the owner he would give us a 6 month warranty on the fridge. When trying to get the fridge fixed when it went out was told to show him on paper he gave us a warranty. We lost over 200 in food and still have no resolved this issue. When my husband called today to try and get this resolved he was denied to talk to the owner and verbally threatened by the worker. So now my family has no washer, no dryer and no fridge. Rafa the person who runs the shop is backwards and changes his story with every passing go.

Very nice and welcoming bought a frige and a dryer both in good condition and clean also free delivery can I give the owner and the staff more than 5 stars ? Great job guy's!!! And a warrenty on used machine can beat that .

Would give the owner of this horrid place zero stars. Very unprofessional. Never buy for this crook. And NEVER take his word on anything and especially on his warranty.
