Paul at Silver Hammer was great! He was prompt to the inspection appointment and did a thorough and professional job within the promised timeframe. He walked us through every point of the inspection, explaining any issues and concerns as well as highlighted the positive qualities of the property. He answered all our questions. The final report is well organized, divided into specific sections (roof, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), along with supporting pictures and videos with explanations of important details. We arrived approximately 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment; however, the entire experience felt rushed. Paul repeatedly mentioned that he had another appointment to attend, which gave us the clear impression that our time and concerns were secondary. A walk-through is an important opportunity to ask questions and ensure everything is addressed properly, and we did not feel that opportunity was fully provided. Additionally, my wife felt disrespected on several occasions when she asked questions. The tone and manner in which responses were given came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
