Donnie was extremely patient with me while he helped troubleshoot a complicated electronic lock problem over the phone. The problem required several phone calls and texts. I highly recommend him. He is genuinely kind and thoughtful.

Donnie is a life saver. I accidentally locked my keys in my truck with my dog in it. I called the police and they told me they couldn’t help. I called every locksmith I could find and no one answered except him. It was 730 PM when I called. He just got home from a long day of work and drove a hour in the dark to meet me at this hiking trail parking lot and got me back in my car quickly and did so without damaging my vehicle. He’s the guy to call. He’s been doing this for 52 years and it clearly shows. He’s a Vietnam vet that goes out of his way to serve his community. He didn’t charge me nearly enough for what he did for me. He truly cares about others and that says a lot. Highly recommend him. There’s no one else as reliable as him.

I really appreciate the service man who came out for an emergency . He changed all the door locks. He was very professional and efficient. His prices were more than fair. I highly recommend this company.
