Where to begin...first off we were in need of an entire exterior remodel which included siding, doors, windows and gutters. We did our due diligence and met with several companies in the area for estimates and all sent very professional representatives. We even had estimates done with separate companies for each part of our project to see if that might benefit us in overall costs. Have to admit we were a bit burned out at the end with the number of estimates we had done and we said Silver Linings would be the last company we would talk to and then would make a decision. "Let me do you a favor" ... a co-worker told my wife after we had many unsatisfactory meetings with other roofing companies in NE Ohio. He suggested SLE. What a blessing that was for us. Whereas others that we met with were vague and non-committal, Nick met with me and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. We did contract with SLE and the work they did was impeccable. Being a century home, the roof required extensive work. The men that came to work on the roof were respectful, courteous, and very professional. The yard and flower beds were kept immaculate. In the evenings after work, we would go out to check the yard and flower beds for debris and could never find so much as a nail. I had a whole large roof replacement with major deck damage due to zero venting and bad workmanship when an addition was added years ago . Also major wood rot repairs and new siding on the whole front and side of house which never had house wrap. I received multiple estimates and all left an unknown cost (we'll see when we tear it off) or left out important details that I didn't think of such as baffles for my shed ceiling for airflow. The main cause of rot. Nick's calm demeanor helped my stress level throughout the project. Some of the damage was not visible until the project started. But he inspected prior and most of the damage was discovered with a plan in place and added to a detailed estimate. Cant say enough on what a great experience it was. Thanks again Joe LoDuca

Silver Lining- Did an awesome job replacing a 20 yr old 2 layer roof on my home and garage in Euclid! Nick came right out to give an estimate & recommendations, which beat everyone else in town. Nick orchestrated his team of professionals within a couple of days they were on site, replaced both roofs in 1/2 a day, cleaned up, and gone just as promised. A few days later I even had them install gutter screens. No more ladders for me! CertainTeed Three dimensional roof looks awesome, No Leaks, and tight! 100% recommend.
