I highly recommend Zadnik HVAC! I just moved to the area and could not get my programmable thermostat to work. It was the middle of a heat wave and I couldn’t get my indoor room temperature lower than 85°. I called Gerry Zadnik and within 15 minutes I had a tech at my home to install a new thermostat. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new easy-to-use thermostat and I felt immediate relief from the heat. Brandon brought his own broom and cleaned up after himself before he left. I will definitely be calling Zadnik HVAC for my future heating and cooling needs!

Omg, my hot water tank went out on one of the coldest days of the year. I called Zadnik LLC. First of all they actually answered the phone. They are a family business and after they fixed my hot water tank I felt like part of the family too. They actually sent Brandon just a couple hours later and I am up and running in the same day. And I didn't have to take out a bank loan to pay the bill. It was the easiest and fastest repair experience that I can remember and I'm 74. We had Zadnik Heating and Cooling replace our HVAC last year. Gerry and his crew are extremely professional and did quality work. We could not be more pleased with the results. They are also just genuinely nice people. Highly recommend!

Gerry was great in my time of need! I was hearing loud bangs coming from my AC unit, called a few places and no one was available for days out. Found Gerry and he came on over not even an hour later! He fixed my issue and has great customer service. Would recommend Gerry!
